Fixing align with ssd, adding adjust energy range

align using ssd: using np.roll which works better. Adding the possibility of giving the period and taking the shift as seconds and not phase bins. Removed rounding on the shifts. adjust energy range: expands/narrows by 1 bin left and right the energy range ene_min and ene_max, unless the values already exist in the energy binning
