I took the last update of Volodymir for makeIntegralTarball script.

Nicolas MORISSET requested to merge morisset/PyISDC:develop into develop

I kept the old produceMakeFileAndVersionFile routine and added produceMakeFileAndVersionFileOsa for building OSA as it breaks the integral tarballs for building RPMs (maybe something to fix later) To use this routine for OSA use -t option(see the help)
